About our cause...

The Bucks to Rebuild ADGA Dairy Goat Herds event was started by Cindy Bright as an effort to raise money to assist all the ADGA members whose homes, farms and herds have been devastated by the wildfires raging through the state of California. More than one million acres have burned and continue to burn, making history as the second largest wildfire in the state.

 

Some of our fellow ADGA members have lost everything. It will take many years to rebuild their herds and recover from the physical, emotional and financial losses they have suffered.

This raffle event is meant as an opportunity for us to come together in an act of kindness to our fellow goat lovers and show them that we stand with them in compassion, community and strength of will. Not to mention, this is a wonderful opportunity to add some new genetics into your herd, all while showing charity to those in need.

Every single dollar raised will go directly to ADGA members affected by the fires, unless otherwise noted expressively on that item.
